Bruce Mau
Massive Change. The Institute without Borders. Bruce Mau brings phrases with thoughtful meaning and lofty visions to the YP Summit stage and more. Join us to hear from this world-renowned designer as he speakers on power and possibility.
Peter Kageyama
How can someone’s personal connection with a community be a tool for economic and community development? Peter will help us answer that question as he presents arguments for the support of the creative class in society.
Collective Giving
Together, all-day Summit participants will have the opportunity to give back. Upon entering the Summit, attendees will be given tokens (that act as real dollars) and will be able to interact, interview and decide which of the 19 participating non-profits they want to make a donation to. Additionally, they can learn about specific ways young professionals can get involved in each organization. Collectively, attendees at the Summit will be giving thousands of dollars to these non-profit organizations and making a BIG IMPACT.
YP Choice Award
Join us over lunch as we recognize outstanding businesses in the Greater Omaha area, especially our 2012 Award finalist companies Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture, Goodwill Industries, Home Instead Senior Care and TD Ameritrade, and overall winner, Farm Credit Services of America. The committee has worked on a video that will highlight why these companies were selected for their exceptional efforts in recruiting and retaining young professionals.
